Quality Control Technician
We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our Greenwood, IN facility on a 1st shift schedule. You will be responsible for the support of operations to ensure quality and operational goals are met. The Quality Control Technician will utilize an engineering approach to improve quality system performance and the quality of all products while reducing manufacturing and quality costs.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform basic statistical analysis and communicate results to the team
- Assist in failure analysis, investigation and CAPA activities
- Identify areas of improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Perform testing, gather data, and analyze results of product testing and process monitoring
- Use documentation systems to research information and generate Change Requests
- Initiate and assist in the investigation and disposition of Non-conforming material

What You’ll Need:
- Two-Year Technical Degree (AA, Certificate)
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training (experience with Medical Device manufacturing is considered a plus)
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Mathematical skills to manage units of measure, fractions, decimals, whole numbers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets to determine set-up and operations to be formed
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
