Additive Operator - 1st Shift

We are looking for an Additive Operator to join our Akron, OH facility. You will be responsible for operating Additive Manufacturing equipment.

What You'll Do: 

• Operate Electron Beam Melting (EBM) ARCAM Q10+ 3D Printer(s), Direct Metal Laser Melting (DMLS) Concept Laser M2 3D Printer(s)
• Follow work instructions to understand specifications and output requirements
• Use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements
• Work with Engineering to maintain stock of necessary supplies to maintain production flow
• Responsible for Post Processing operations duties and equipment maintenance

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or 3+ months related experience and/or training

• Ability to read, understand and follow Specification Sheets
• Basic mathematical skills to understand tolerances and variation
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
