HRIS Analyst - Legence
Position Overview
The HRIS Analyst will be a key addition to the HRIS team that is the point of contact for all Human Resources Information Systems. The HRIS Analyst role will develop, implement and refine our HR systems and business processes supporting all modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Performance, Talent, Learning and Payroll). This position will be hands-on in the Human Resources Information Systems and will work closely with all HR functions. This role will also serve as a technical point of contact for the organization ensuring operational effectiveness and data integrity.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity and efficiency of the HRIS system
- Collaborate with HR Business leaders to determine long-term and short-term system objectives and develop a plan to carry those objectives to completion
- Assist with planning system and development deployments and assist with meeting compliance standards
- System testing and maintenance of system configuration
- Understand business requirements, completing configuration as needed
- Participate in review sessions with functional owners and subject matter experts
- Provide end user support for system navigation and troubleshooting issues
- Create and provide data reporting as needed
- Complete audits as expected
- Support level one (1) support requests from HR and business level requests
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience in HR technology systems
- 2+ years of experience in HR or HRIS
- Technical and analytical skills related to business processes
- Effective communication skills and problem solving
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
Additional Optional Qualifications
- Experience with Dayforce is a plus
- Experience with Benefits is a plus
