We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role requires experience in managing complex electrical systems for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will report to the Electrical Division Manager and will be responsible for estimating, project setup, full-cycle project management, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Estimate and secure electrical projects in the commercial construction sector
- Oversee project execution, from job setup to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Design-build according to NEC standards and electrical codes
- Supervise and coordinate all project activities, including labor, materials, equipment, and tools
- Select and manage subcontractors using standard agreements
- Conduct job site surveys and attend project meetings as needed
- Ensure projects comply with electrical, safety, and environmental codes
- Respond to service calls and warranty issues promptly
- Promote and maintain a safe, injury-free work environment
- Manage project budgets, change orders, progress billings, and assist with payments
Qualifications
- Experience working in healthcare required
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in electrical construction (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience with CAD (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license

- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Project, and electronic estimating software
