As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across multiple business units and functions. Working closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders, you will ensure that we maintain a high-quality hiring process, a diverse and inclusive workforce, and a positive candidate experience that reflects Legence's values.
Please note: This is a remote position; however, candidates should reside in either the Eastern or Central time zone.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruiting process from end to end, ensuring a smooth, high-touch experience for candidates from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in creating job postings and sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use innovative sourcing methods, including direct outreach, networking, and employee referrals, to attract top-tier candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, providing guidance and accountability to interview teams. Ensure timely feedback and debriefs to inform hiring decisions.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Contribute to diversity hiring initiatives by ensuring a representative and inclusive recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Support marketing and HR to promote Legence as an employer of choice through various platforms, including LinkedIn and other recruitment marketing channels.
- Compliance & Metrics: Ensure adherence to hiring laws and company policies. Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and quality of hires.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels.
- Sourcing Expertise: Advanced sourcing skills, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with recruitment metrics and using data to drive hiring decisions.
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Construction, Engineering Design, or Consulting industries is a plus.
- Experience creating recruitment campaigns and supporting employer branding efforts.
- Familiarity with talent mapping and competitive intelligence to attract top talent in niche or competitive markets.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining relationships with key talent communities, professional organizations, and industry networks to cultivate a strong talent pool.
- Experience working with remote teams and understanding of virtual recruitment best practices.
