Employment Type: Full-Time
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
Salary: $105,000-$150,000
Level: Mid (4+ years)
General Responsibilities
As a mid-level engineer, you will bring strong experience in electrical design for power systems. Your role will involve performing field verification, coordinating designs, preparing construction documents, obtaining permits, and managing construction administration. The scope of electrical design will include both medium-voltage and low-voltage power systems. Work with our team to build the future of education!
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related Engineering Field
• Registered Professional Engineer license (preferred)
• 4-10 years of experience in the design of power systems
• Experience developing Power System Studies (ETAP/SKM)
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
• Project Management experience is a plus
Working Knowledge
• Engineering design and project management experience
• Strong electrical design capability in commercial settings
• Proficient at written communication and oral presentations
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects
• Detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
• Experience in maintaining strong client relationships
• Computer literacy, including all core applications
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
