Salary: $81,120 -$95,680

Level: Entry-Mid 

Position Requirements

-Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required
- 0-2 years experience in mechanical design for new and existing commercial buildings preferred but not required
-EIT preferred by not required
-Proficient with Revit
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
-Willingness to learn mechanical code
 

Working Knowledge

-Strong interest in building science, thermodynamics, and HVAC design
-Ability to communicate effectively with people through oral presentations and written communications
-Ability to work well under pressure, juggle, and prioritize multiple projects
-Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
-Strong interpersonal skills and experience in desire to learn how to build strong client relationships
-Computer literacy, including all core applications and the ability to quickly learn as needed
Experienced at using a computer, preferably knowledgeable with MS Word, MS Excel, and -MS Outlook
